On Wednesday, 17th December 2025, Bro. Alan Hislop was raised to the High and Sublime Degree of a Master Mason. On this occasion, Bro. Mick Laidlaw, Provincial Grand Senior Chaplain, had the pleasing duty of congratulating Brother Alan and to welcome him into the Province as a Master Mason.

The Master, Bro. Graeme Forsyth, also congratulated Bro. Alan and warmly welcomed Bro. Alan as he took his place among the of Brethren of Lodge Kelso & Tweed No. 58.
